Jobs in Mauritania again:

In Mauritania,the fact that we hire only our cousins, every time we have the role of recruiting new employees, makes some companies, and even government ministries called after some tribes names. And this kind of misuse of national property is very bad because it strengthen the role of the tribes in the society. And this is against the new elected government policy; which aims to tackle the discrimination and the slavery in Mauritania. Because we all know that if the tribes are very strong the slavery appear again, and many other bad things like, the feeling of alienation and discrimination.
That’s why I ask the new president and his team to take a swift measure in order to fight this injustice and embolden our national unity by stopping injustice and national resources destruction.
Why I said national resources destruction because today if you visit any government ministry you will see people who are hired and very well paid while they don’t know their jobs, and even sometimes never use any PC. Because the employers recruit only their cousins many well qualified young men stay jobless and that is also a national resources destruction.
