Until a few months ago our economic was very prosperous, and every citizen feels confident about the future. But today what’s going on, on the ground is the opposite thing. The livelihood of almost all the population is threatened and the unemployment rate is rising. While our president is wasting money and time doing something, which doesn’t have any importance for our country and our citizen, like
Stretching our troops, throughout the Atlantic Ocean in search for suicidal illegal migrant from sub-Saharan Africa,
Pledging to send many combatant regiments to Darfour for peace keeping mission,
Turning blind eye to the multinational company which’s flocking these days in our country and let them do what they like freely (hiring foreigners, mistreated the citizen, which may undermine our national peace).
We want a concrete action like during Maaouiya rule (building school, road and vital infrastructure), not talk, void gesture and total reliance to western country like African sub-Saharan way of rule which only brought disaster to them.
Instead of inviting the government to a meeting in NDB, which will cost a fortune, it would be better to put that fortune in a concrete project which will have a good affect on the life of the population of NDB.
During Maaouiya rule the major westerns donors were against us, and always refused to finance our main project, but that never affected us, and we always felt satisfied and in a better economical situation than our sub-Saharan African neighbours, which always beneficed of the help of those donors. During Maaouiya rule we never experienced insecurity, famine or desase like what’s our neighbours experienced and still live, during Maaouiya rule our youth never think about illegal migration to Europe or any other place in the world, all that because our economic situation was prosperous. Today we have a lot of concern : firstly about our present and worse about our future and that caused by a president and prime minister who believe totally on western style of rule.
We really missed you Maaouiya the great of all time.

The current regime discriminate Haratine:
The president should be fair with all the community including Haratine, why I say that because since the first day of his rule, he behaves like our late president Mokhtar ould Daddah who never appointed during his 18 years rule, any Haratine as a Minister or in any other job of responsibility. Perhaps Mokhtar have had his reason in those days, but those reasons no longer valid today, and totally unacceptable.
And as a patriot, I ask our president for a comprehensive fair treatment to all the communities.

Refugee:
Are they really Mauritanian?
Do we should ask them for forgiveness?
The right question I think is, can they prove to us, that, they were mistreated by our government during 1989 events, if so; I think we all should ask them for forgiveness. And in Islamic point of view, we should also pay them back every thing they have lost during those bad days.

Why ?
It’s generally agreed that destruction is the worst thing any nation on earth can face. Unfortunately, in the past few days, people from different regions went on a rampage throughout our beloved country. They destroyed and looted every thing in their way including, national resources (government buildings) and also in many cases civilian properties. Why? “They are complaining about the worsening of their daily life which they expected to become better with the new elected government”. This is the answer of almost all the political parties especially those who are against the current government. But for me this kind of reaction is neither helping those people in dealing with their daily plight nor helping our government especially these days, as we all know the government is working nowadays night and days in order to bring an end to one of the thorniest question our country ever face since the independence (the refugee). Instead of pushing toward more destruction of our country the opposition should try with the government and find a solution which aims to alleviate our citizen ordeal in short and long term.
Today the world day after day becomes more dangerous and crueler and we should all bring our stone in order to survive.
Only by debating our own problem calmly, we can find the good solution, neither by violence nor by spreading bad messages.
