Where are you Maaouiya, we really missed you today:

A recent national poll, organised by many of the best professional in the field, shows that more than eighty two percent of the Mauritanian population now prefer former president Mr Maaouiya Ould Sid’Ahmed Taya to the current president Mr Sidi Mohamed Ould Cheikh Abdallah. And when we made our own investigation, we found out that the main reason behind this trend is the fact that, during Maaouiya rule, the business was much more flourished than today and everyone’s confident in the future was very high.

But today the real-estate market which was considered by almost all the Mauritanian as a safe investment for the short and long term period, collapsed. And as a result of this situation the cost of the average house in Nouakchott, downgraded from 14.000.000 UM two years ago to less than 9.000.000 today which's affected baddly all the Mauritanian.

And the rising of the food price throughout the country, and sometimes twice of what it used to be especially in the countryside and the big cities like Nktt, Ndb, Nema, Aioune, Kiffa...etc.

Finally, all that together made people sceptical about the future, and sometimes even afraid of the spread of the insecurity situation in the country due to the famine, starvation and a weak government.

Thank you Mr Abbas :

I’d like to thank Mr Abbas for what he is doing for our country, and especial his idea of financing an annual High school championship.
Firstly, this championship encourages our youth in their early age to start practicing sports which’s a good thing for their bodies, because at least it would prevent them from many of the 21st century disease, and in general help forming a healthy citizen, ready to confront 21st century’s challenges.

Another important advantage our country will gain from this annual High school championship is the fact that many young people who wouldn’t succeed in their studies could later become a sport professional player instead of going to the street and become a real danger to the society.

Everyone knows that the sub-Saharan African countries like us, faces three major hurdle in their way to become a developed countries, and these three hurdles are the diseases, poverty and education. By financing this annual event Mr Abbas helped our country to defeat one of these three major enemies which’s the disease and in the meantime gave a good backing to our fight against illiteracy.

Mr Abbas made a good sacrifice which’s worth recognition. Because, instead of putting his money in an account abroad, and gain more interest, he preferred to spend it on us in order to make our youth have good time and good health, that’s why for me we all should show him respect and recognition.

In the end I’d like the other Mauritanian businessmen to do like Mr Abbas and start investing in the development of our common country.
Thanks again.

Our enemies stroke again :

The killing of Mohamed Ould Mohamed El Hadj on the left side of the Senegalese River (Senegal side), prove to us once again, that we as a nation have a lot of enemies around us, who don’t want us to develop and become strong and stable nation.
There fore I’d like to tell the patriot citizen that they should pay more attention today, and avoid being trapped again by those who are struggling night and day in order to create a new rift between our brave people who accepted to heal the wounds of the past in a peaceful way.
This murder is a stark reminder of the nineteen eighty nine event’s cause, so we should deal with it in a very smart manner.
Here, i would like to offer my deep condolences to the family of the victim Mohamed Ould Mohamed El Hadj.

The rampage of the European Union ship around our ocean coast:

Three days ago a European ship killed at least 24 Mauritanians fishermen, who were fishing inside the authorized zone which’s specified for them by the government. I would like to take this opportunity to offer my condolences to the families of the victims, and call upon Mr President to take quick and firm action against those who would be found guilty of these awful murders in order to deter them from doing the same thing in the future. I would like also to add one thing which’s “we may be economically bankrupt country, but that doesn’t mean that our citizen don’t have any value nor we consider business before them.

Sport in Mauritania:

Here, I’m no talking about professional sport that brings titles and trophies for rich countries, which can afford to buy drug, medicines and blood injection materials for doping their athletes in order to win. And that’s why today the winner in all the international competition is always the big liar and big cheater.
So, I urge African countries that need desperately money, to avoid investing in professional sport because it is only wasting money.

But i'm going to talk about the individual sport, or personal one that keeps body in a good shape and good health.Unfortunately in this kind of sport, we are the less sport’s men in the world. So it’s even very rare today to see Mauritanian practicing. And that’s causes many major health problems like the spread of dubieties, strokes,. ..Etc among young generation, which‘s leading to the destruction of many lives and happy couples.
That’s why it’s becoming very urgent nowadays for all of us especially public media to start a national campaign, for rising people awareness about the importance of the sport, and the health problems they can avoid by practicing sport, which's cheaper than medicines.

To mister President,

Mr. President, I beg you to stop wasting our country's money by making unnecessary tripe. Before asking charities, i think it would be better for you to manage what we have already. During the two past months you travelled at least three times abroad, which costs our country more than 300.000.000 Ouguiya. All that money would have great importance if it was spent in the poor community of our nation. Before you, Maaouiya rarely goes abroad, and that never affected our economy, nor frozen our good relationship with the world.
